DITURKEY NATIONAL FINALS 2008 was held at Robert College on March 30, 2008. Thanks for all the participants!

DITURKEY National Finals

Team Challenge/Instant Challenge: In this category, the teams which prepared a solution to an official Team Challenge will compete. In addition to performing their solution to the team challenge, the teams will also participate in an Instant Challenge. They will be ranked in their challenges and levels according to their performance. The successful teams will be invited to participate in the global finals.

DIeXtreme: 6th, 7th, 8th graders and high-school students are welcome to participate in DIeXtreme. They do not need to have prapared a solution, as their challenge and materials will be given during the day of the competition. They will have approximately three hours to prapare their solution. They will also participate in an instant challenge. They will be ranked in their age levels according to their performance in both.

mini-DIeXtreme: This is the DIeXtreme prapared specially for the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students. It doesn't require any prepration. The teams will be given their challenge and materials will be given during the day of the competition, after some fun group activities. They will have approximately three hours to prapare their solution. They will not be required to compete in an Instant Challenge. They will be ranked according to their performance. This is a half-day activity, and will start at 12:00

The schools which are willing to participate in the TURKEY National Finals should register BEFORE March 14, 2007. The number of participants is limited.

DITURKEY National Finals Participation Rules

  • Registiration is to be done online (www.diturkey.org). The deadline for registiration is Friday, March 14 2008.
  • All participants are required to register, including team-managers, parents and guests.

Participation Rules for Team Challenge/Instant Challenge and DIeXtreme

  • All the participants need to stay on campus from the beginning till the end of the National Finals.
  • All participants are required to pay the fee of 20 YTL including competitors, team-managers, parents and guests.
  • The parents who will just enter to drop their children off will not be charged.

Participation Rules for mini-DIeXtreme

  • This is an half-day activity. All the participants need to stay on campus from 12:00 till the end of the National Finals.
  • All participants are required to pay the fee of 15 YTL including competitors, team-managers, parents and guests.
  • The parents who will just enter to drop their children off will not be charged.
